Project 2: Africa

This half term we have been studying and reading stories about Africa. Below are a few creative ideas that you could look at over the Easter holidays:

African tribal art:

  Using cardboard, scrap paper etc. Colour in using paint or felt tips to make their own tribal mask or pattern. lots of patterns can be created using resources such as bottle tops, lolly sticks, buttons, etc. 

Learn Swahili words/phrases:

 Practice speaking or writing some phrases in Swahili!

Monday 6th April - Week 1 Easter

As it is the Easter holiday starting Monday 6^thApril, daily 

work will not be put on the blog, however we have 

put some project work on for you to do if you wish.

Project 1: Easter  

Writing tasks: You can choose one of these tasks to complete.

Task 1: Design a poster explaining why people celebrate Easter. Use the Easter story video below to help you and carry out your own research too.
